I get by with a little help from my friends

My birthday is coming up, and I've never really been into big parties and celebrations. Therefore, I want to do things differently this year: I'd like to raise some money for "Start With A Friend", an organization in Germany that brings together locals and refugees in "tandems". The locals help the refugees with potential problems they might face in the beginning, give them a warm welcome and basically be a friend in new and unfamiliar surroundings. If you were planning to buy me a present for my birthday, I'd like you to consider donating money to "Start With A Friend" instead so they can continue the great work they're doing across Germany.
