I sweat + you donate = blind kids learn

If everything goes well, I will run the Berlin Marathon on September 24th. What a better occasion to support a great project based in Berlin? Yes, I am supporting "Anderes Sehen", an association of parents that provide basic learnings to kids in pre-scholar age with visual impairment. Visual impaired children between 0 and 7 do not get any special form of education. Their parents have no specific support, until their toddlers start the school. This association, based in Mitte, provides among many other learnings: - A stick right at the first birthday - Self orientation and independent mobility - Reading and writing in Braille - Access to computers with screen readers - Pack and organize their own food I believe that learning is the basis of our personal freedom and independency, visually impaired kids have to learn a bit more, and I am glad to give a little support.
