What’s it about

I'm climbing Africa's highest mountain, Mt. Kilimanjaro, in the middle of summer to raise funds for Window of Life Babies Home in Uganda.

It's a joint Ugandan-Polish charity founded in Bielawa in 2011, as an initiative of Marta Majewska. Its main goal is to take care of abandoned, orphaned and vulnerable children in Masindi District.

They are also doing a tremendous work to provide the children with the education, to help them avoid the same mistakes their parents (were forced to) make.

Kilimanjaro itself is 5895 m / 19341 feet tall, with only 10.1% Oxygen at the top. Temperatures range from +40C to -29C / +104F to -20F. This trip is self-funded, so 100% of your donation will go to Window of Life. Your generosity will make a huge difference to many vulnerable children.

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR CONSIDERING A DONATION!
