We have created a partnership between Blumenthal high school in Bremen, Germany and Orlando high school in Soweto, South Africa. We offer the opportunity for the students to visit each others country on an educational and personal development exchange. For the students it will be their first time they have travelled out of their own country and have the opportunity to work with students from another country. It is vital for the students of today to shape their future together. Students learn vital lessons through the exchange like team building, awareness of diversity, conflict resolution, reflecting on one's own privileges and individual standpoint in society. The students get to grip with their prejudices and learn to question their own thought patterns. The partnership provides them with the ability to stay in contact with one another and continue learning from this North South exchange
