Hallo ihr Lieben, SCROLL DOWN FOR ENGLISH

Ich habe mich kurzentschlossen beim diesjährigen Münchner Stadtlauf am 26.6. für einen 10 km-Lauf angemeldet. Und im Zuge dessen würde ich hier gerne ein bisschen Geld für einen guten Zweck sammeln.

Ich habe mir ein Projekt der Stiftung Deutsche Schlaganfall-Hilfe ausgesucht. Das Thema Schlaganfall liegt mir sehr nahe. Bluthochdruck ist weit verbreitet in meiner Familie und meine Großeltern hatten alle einen Schlaganfall in ihrem Leben.

Also statt das nächste Stück Kuchen oder die nächste Packung Haribo (Ja, damit bin auch ich selbst gemeint!) zu kaufen, spendet doch bitte das Geld. Jeder Euro hilft und wird dankbar angenommen. Das Spendengeld geht natürlich zur Gänze an die Stiftung!

Danke schon mal im Voraus! Nächstes Mal wird's hoffentlich wieder ein Halbmarathon ;).

Hello everyone who ended up down here,

I've signed up more or less spontaneously to run a 10 K here in my lovely home city of Munich on 26/6 through the English Garden, one of the largest inner city parks in the world. (Yes, that was a bit of advertising.) And this is apparently what happens when you google for justgiving in Germany.

I'm raising money for the German Stroke Association. Strokes are a topic that is very important for me. High blood pressure runs in my family and my grandparents all had one or more strokes in their lives.

So please give however much you can. Every euro helps and is much appreciated!

Thanks in advance! I'll try to make it a half marathon next time.
