What’s it about
So after a lot of contemplation, I have decided to shave my head for charity. There are a lot of personal reasons for this, but my main goal is to raise €1000 for Deutsche KinderKrebshilfe, a German aid charity for children suffering from cancer. I shall also be donating my hair to the Little Princess Trust in the UK.
I am doing this to raise money and raise awareness. We take so many things for granted in our everyday lives, and one of those in particular is our health. Cancer is a disease that we are constantly battling, it makes no distinction between age, sex or ethnicity; it affects everyone. And it's time that I do my little bit to fight back against it, by funding the critical research that is going into fighting cancer, and aiding those that are suffering. I am grateful for the support that I have had through my medical battles, and now it is time to give that help and support to others.
So dig deep people! And help me reach my goal! I am aiming to shave my head by Sunday 30th January 2016, let's hit that target before the date. Thank you for your support!
