Helping Josh this Christmas

Aaah the Christmas Season, brings with it such joy and excitement. Christmas tunes are already playing on the radio. Decorations and trees are starting to go up. And we are getting names checked off our shopping lists before the malls get absolutely crazy. Christmas is also a time to experience the joy of giving and helping those less fortunate. I emplore you to make a difference the life of someone very special to me this Christmas...

His name is Josh and he is my brother. Josh has been in a wheelchair that he operates with his chin since a tragic fall in 2006. His resilience and positive attitude are amazing considering the challenges he faces daily. He is dependent on 24 hr care... and this care is now in jeopardy due to the depletion of funds.

My mom is suddenly faced with the daunting task of providing for medical and care expenses, when in all honesty, it has been a challenge to pay her own bills.

I feel a little helpless being an ocean apart from my family who live in South Africa. I am encouraged to know that I can raise some funds through this website and make a difference in his life this way. Please join hands and help me help my brother.

My goal is to raise $650 before Christmas. This will pay for his carers for 1 month.
