What’s it about
This is not a new idea out there, but its something that resonates strongly with me since it nurtures three qualities of making yoga more accessible to people. Lets call them the 3 G's—Giving, Generosity and Gratitude.
This is more about a positive 'energy exchange' than a monetary exchange because its aimed at 'giving' MORE people accessibility to yoga regardless of economic circumstance and letting people's 'generosity' shine through in 'gratitude' for the gift of yoga.
So, every 3 months there will be a donation-based Karma yoga class scheduled and posted here. This class is open to EVERYONE and payment is based on the act of 'giving' what you want as a donation. Donations are completely voluntary and you do not have to give a donation in order to participate in these classes. If you wish to participate without giving a donation, you can write us at info@ericbennewitzyoga.com or write by post to: Eric Bennewitz Yoga, Mozartstasse 16, 22083, Hamburg to confirm your attendance without donating:)
ALL voluntary donations will go to one source. A local Hamburg non-profit organization to benefit the global community at large.
Next Open Door Karma class: 24.01.2016
Location: keine-falsche-Bewegung Studio, Winterhude, Hamburg
Time: 18.00-19.30
Organization supported: Unterwegs für Obdachlose: Der Mitternachtsbus
For those who already practice yoga, we know and continue to discover the benefits of our practice, so let's share that and make yoga a possibility for everyone--one class at a time while at the same time supporting the community.

On a beautiful summer day with yogi friends in the park, we shared a yoga practice with the community and in return helped the world community at large. Group hug to everyone who came out to do their practice. Peace & Thanks, Eric
