Hi!
On 5th October we will be running the AOK half marathon in Bremen and, whilst doing so, hopefully raising money for a very good cause.
We will be running (and most likely walking) a total of 21.097 km and ask you, friends and family, to sponsor us. Your money will go to "Kampf dem Krebs avs&friends e.V.", a Bremen-based charity which provides financial support to those affected by cancer.
Every single donation, however small, will make a difference and also make the 21 plus kilometres not seem quite so long!

Am 5. Oktober werden wir die AOK Halbmarathon in Bremen laufen und wir möchten gern es für einen sehr guten Zweck machen. 21,097 km werden wir laufen (... und bestimmt auch gehen =) und wir rufen nun Familie, Freunde, Bekannte und Interessierte dazu auf zu spenden.
Die gesammelten Gelder kommen "AVS & FRIENDS e.V Kampf dem Krebs“ zugute. Eine Organisation die Krebserkrankten, die in einer finanzielle Notlage geraten sind, hilft.
Mit jeder Spende, egal wie klein, wird bestimmt die Strecke etwas kürzer für uns wirken.

El 5 de octubre correremos la AOK media maraton de Bremen y queremos hacerlo por una buena causa. 21,097 km. que correremos (y seguramente caminaremos =) y para poder lograrlo es que recurrimos a familiares, amigos, conocidos e interesados a donar dinero para esta causa.
La totalidad del dinero será para la organización "AVS & FRIENDS e.V Kampf dem Krebs“. Una organización que ayuda a enfermos de cáncer que padecen dificultades económicas.
Con cada donación, por mas pequeña que sea, nos ayudaras a lograr esta carrera y ayudar.
