Rafting for EAST

Closed

What's it about?

This May I will be undertaking a white-knuckle challenge (white water rafting on the river nile) all in the name of a good cause.

EAST raises money to award scholarships to people working in education and training in Africa, enabling them to attend eLearning Africa - the continent's largest technology supported education conference.

These scholarships are not just 'aid', but contribute to the professional development of inspirational, innovative educators and community leaders from across Africa, enabling them to meet their peers, learn new skills and contribute their voice to the vital discussions shaping the future of education and training in Africa.

Having worked on the preparations for the conference for two years, I have met and spoken to so many amazing people who work tirelessly to improve access to quality education and training in their communities, and I would like you to help me extend this opportunity to even more great people.

So, please don't let me get soaked in muddy river water for nothing! Make a donation now, it is simple and secure, and 100% of your donation goes directly to EAST.
