I am taking part in Transversal's Charity Cup 2013 in aid of Aktion Deutschland Hilft.
The cup is a thrilling sailing race across The Solent on the English Channel
The winning boat will be awarded a cash prize for their chosen charity and the best individual fundraiser also gets a cash prize for their chosen charity.
