This challenge will help to raise money to support the Go Ahead! charity.
By raising 1,000 euros we could support preschool for 10 children for 2 years.

PS: If you have any questions about the fundraising page, the donation process or the project that will receive the funds feel free to contact me anytime at jean.regis.allard@gmail.com :)

Dublin-Belfast: Go Ahead!

J. Allard posted this update on December 09, 2013.

Dear donors

Your donations for the Dublin-Belfast: Go Ahead! charity project have been reversed to the Learning Centre in KwaZulu Natal / South Africa.
Again many thanks for your support!
Best,

The Dublin-Belfast: Go Ahead! charity team

More info about this initiative:

Establishing this centre in the rural area of Jozini we are promoting a sustainable improvement to the dramatic situation of children orphaned by AIDS. Through our Learning Centre we are providing vulnerable children with a safe haven, psychological counselling, warm meals and academic support. Furthermore, the centre is used to implement Heartbeat's training programme for community members and social workers who extend the reach of the project.

Currently, 566 children who have either lost their parents to HIV-related death or whose parents are sincerely ill can be directly cared for. Additionally, another 2,500 children can be reached through training- and mentoring programmes by using local grass-root organisations as multipliers.

Go Ahead! promises that 100% of your donation will directly be transferred to our partner in South Africa. This is part of our 100%-waranty (learn more at http://www.goahead-organisation.de/about_us/transparency).
