Wir haben gekämpft, die absurdesten Fragen beantwortet, Menschen über ShelterBox informiert und eine grüne Überlebenskiste quer durch Amsterdam geschleppt.
Als "ShelterBoxing Four" sind wir als eines von 16 Teams aus aller Welt bei der diesjährigen ShelterBox Challenge in den Niederlanden angetreten und haben alles gegeben. Am Schluss haben wir uns einen Platz auf dem Treppchen erkämpft und die Zusage, mindestens eine halbe Überlebenskiste zu spenden.
Dafür brauchen wir Euch! Wenn jeder nur einen Euro spendet, bekommen wir im Nu die 375,-€ zusammen - und wer weiß, vielleicht sogar eine ganze Box?
Teilt unsere Spendenaktion bei facebook, Twitter und per E-Mail mit Euren Freunden und Verwandten. Fragt Kollegen und Euren Chef, ob sie einen Euro Ihres Mittagessens für ShelterBox spenden oder verzichtet einfach auf ein Feierabendbier, dass ihr stattdessen spendet.
Vielleicht findet Ihr die Idee ja so ansteckend, dass Ihr nächstes Jahr selbst dabei seid? Wann und wo die nächste ShelterBox Challenge stattfindet erfahrt Ihr bald unter www.shelterbox.de, bei facebook und twitter.

As one of 16 teams from around the world we participated in this years ShelterBox Challenge in Amsterdam. We had to carry an empty ShelterBox through the cobbled lanes and complete 12 challenges at check points around the city. These included drawing a picture to represent ShelterBox in Rembrandt Square; identifying countries on a map where ShelterBox deployments have taken place; getting as many members of the public as possible to take the team's photo in Central Station; completing a ShelterBox quiz; getting as many members of the public through a ShelterBox tent as the team could in 8 minutes (we actually managed to get 136 people through!!!) and carrying out a range of physical and mental challenges.
We gave everything and in the end won a very good third place! Now we need you, as we promised to donate 375 € to ShelterBox!
Please ask your friends and family to donate to our cause. No matter how big or small the amount - every cent will help!
