What’s it about
The Ndau culture and language is found in Chipinge & Chimanimani in Zimbabwe is at risk of disappearing if action is not taken. YOU CAN HELP US HELP THE NDAU CULTURE. WE SEEK TO HOST A NDAU CULTURE DAY FOR THIS MINORITY GROUP

On 3 December, 2011 a group of inspired NDAU people formed the NDAU LEGACY ASSOCIATION wth the aim of comprehensively advancing Ndau culture and language as well as promote human development through various initiatives and in the process encourage cultural synergies with other tribal or cultural groups in Zimbabwe, Southern Africa and globally. With a vision to To help create a culturally tolerant and developmental society in which Ndau people have stakes. We thank all the members that made this day possible

This winter we want to bring more NDAU people together through hosting a sporting activity. If this event sails through your HELP. €1 000.00 is budgeted for this event on 28 April 2012. It’s a football match and volley ball match to raise clothing, shoes and books to the underprivileged Ndau people. These items will be given to the vulnerable groups at a culture day which is budgeted at €4 765,00. This match will also help protect the language and culture as the scattered people will get together and take pride in the language and culture.
YOUR HELP CAN RESTORE & PROTECT A UNIQUE NDAU CULTURE
The money that is going to be raised is to bring cultural group and the different dialects of Ndaus together. This event that is budgeted at €4765,00 has cultural dances, Poetry, Drama and the winners will get cultural shields that are done by crafters from the Ndau Culture. Lunches will be provided for local Chiefs and Kinds who are the custodians of the history and culture of this unique group. A community Football Match will also be played with the winner also winning a trophy and cultural medals. The event will also raise clothes, shoes and books to give to the vulnerable communities of the Ndau Culture.
