To who do I issue a tax receipt?
All donations to your project on betterplace.org are donations to betterplace.org respectively to the holding company gut.org gemeinnützige AG. gut.org gAG is recognised for tax purposes as a funding body and recipient of all donations made by supporters at betterplace.org. See our Terms and Conditions (point 2).
**Therefore betterplace.org will issue all tax receipts to the inidividual donor!
Everytime your organisation requests a payout, betterplace.org donates to your organisation. Therefore gut.org gAG needs a tax receipt from your organisation latest until 31st March of the following year. It must include all donations received in the prior year.
The donation receipt must contain the following data:
- Signature of the chairman
- Sum of allowances
- Period of allowances
- Issuer: name of your organisation
- Name and address of donor: gut.org gemeinnützige Aktiengesellschaft, Schlesische Straße 26, 10997 Berlin
- a table including all individual allowances
You may upload the tax receipt in the administration section of your organistations’ profile or send it directly to betterplace.org .
