How can I cancel a recurring donation?

You can easily edit or cancel your recurring donation using the following link: 

 https://www.betterplace.org/en/donation_overview_token/new 

• You can change the amount and the interval of the donation, if the donation was set up as bank transfer or via PayPal.
• All other changes are currently not possible. In this case you have to stop the current recurring donation. Then you can create a new recurring donation according to your wishes. 

Alternatively, use your user profile:

• If you have a user profile on betterplace.org, you can also edit your donations in the administration area of your user profile (“my betterplace” -> “user profile”).
