Together Ghana is a local non-governmental and not-for profit making organization established in 2004 and duly registered under the laws of Ghana and certified by the Department of Social Welfare to operate as such. The organisation is committed to promoting community participation and sustainable development to improve the socio-economic and health status of the most disadvantaged in society especially women, children and youth.
Together Ghana has since grown to be known for its commitment to also complement governments’ efforts to improving the socio-economic status of the pro-poor, women and children. In 2009, it became the lead organization to champion the agenda of the Hohoe Municipal Ghana Coalition of Non-Governmental Organizations in Health. Together Ghana also lead the establishment of the “Northern Volta Civil Society Advocacy Network” with the aim to champion Advocacy Agenda’s in the Volta Region
