To all our supporters, All the Guts for Change project partners (Non-Water Sanitation, Ecosan Services Foundation, the German Toilet Organisation and our Guts for Change cycling team) jointly agreed last week that we should withdraw a first tranche of the already accumulated donations (3.400 EUR) and transfer it to our Indian partner, the Ecosan Services Foundation, in order to kick-start the dry toilet project in Garade now. The initial project activities to be carried out by ESF in the coming weeks include the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with all involved families in Darewadi, sanitation and hygiene awareness raising activities in the Darewadi school using GTO's "My School Loo" materials (http://www.sanitation-is-dignity.org/node/69), local community organizing and capacity building activities as well as the implementation of the first toilets. We are very much looking forward to it and we will keep you posted on all project related activities. THANK YOU once again for you support, your commitment and your trust. We reached a first important milestone, but there is still a long way to cycle to reach our ultimate goal of 10.000 EUR... All the best rob rob
