About this project

In 1998 the association Lebenshilfe für Menschen mit geistiger oder anderer Behinderung Fürth opened the inclusive kindergarten Sternstunden. By now, fifteen children between the ages of three and six, five of them in need of special support, are cared for here in three groups. Creating a cheerful and carefree environment for the children is always a priority.

The Sternstunden Kindergarten also attaches great importance to the areas of language development, cultural and intercultural experiences, and the promotion of the children's social and emotional skills. In the bright, friendly house with its large garden, children of different nationalities meet and play together.

In the sparsely equipped outdoor area, the pedagogues of the Sternstunden Kindergarten would like to offer the children the opportunity to develop their motoric abilities in a playful way, by setting up a play area with a climbing frame and wall, sliding poles, as well as turrets.

The Regine Sixt Children's Aid Foundation already supported the Sternstunden Kindergarten as part of a staff Christmas campaign in 2019 and financed the first part of the play area. Please help and contribute to the financing.
