Fully funded!

We have great news... while it may not seem that our post and awareness campaign was working much in assisting ACOSIDA with the IBR roofing, when we visited them in early November, we had a pleasant surprise. Through our newsletters and appeals, the word got out to some local ladies in Maputo Mozambique, who were very interested with helping with the needs of this orphanage, and decided to sponsor all 168 peices of IBR roofing that were needed. ACOSIDA is inspiring and transparent in that it does not take cash donations, and only accepts the goods themselves, so these ladies have bought the IBR roofing and it is now ready to be laid. We are proud and happy to have been a part of make the resource centre happen. The children were lovely when we were there and invited us to share in Christmas with them, which they will now be able to have under their new, hopefully finished roof! 

At this time, they stil need 800 nails to finish the project, but we hope they will manage to find funds for this.
