An animal ambulance for Nepal's stray dogs

We help Nepal’s stray dogs: In 2014, Sneha Shresta founded the animal shelter Sneha’s Care in Kathmandu, Nepal, to protect stray dogs and other animals from hunger, neglection, disease and abuse. Today, Sneha’s Care is one of the biggest animal welfare associations in Nepal. The team rescues and vaccinates animals, treats them medically directly on-site or at the shelter, carries out neutering, and gives talks on animal welfare at schools and public institutions.

Since Nepal is one of the poorest countries worldwide, Sneha’s Care is dependent on foreign donors. Therefore we have founded the association “Sneha’s Care Deutschland e. V.”. The German association informs about Sneha’s work in Nepal, collects donations and coordinates volunteers.
