The donations collected through Betterplace will be used, together with donations from corporate sponsors, to fund the 2019 Girls Gearing Up International Leadership Academy. The Academy, which will take place in Berlin from July 6-13, will bring together 30 teenage girls from 15 different countries around the world. The intensive week will include daily leadership workshops, a design thinking sprint challenge, an introduction to robotics, and interviews with nine power mentors from diverse fields, including a panel focused on designing a better tomorrow.  We are incredibly thankful to all of our donors for making the 2019 International Leadership Academy possible!
