Exchange with international volunteers at Artefact

On 22-26 May 2018,i attended a seminar with some of the experienced south volunteers from East Africa,this was also an opportunity for me as we also visited very interesting places in the North of Germany and learnt alot about the green energy(solar,wind and bio-gas).This was a learning platform as well as an eye openner especially when we visited SmartRegion Pellworm island.The island was well self organized and produced green energy of 200Kwh in a single day,this adds up to 2180Mwh in one year hence they become one of the contributors in green energy in to the National grid.This was very intresting to see how this island and its people are fighting to protect nature and hence enjoying the fruits of the nature at large.
