Dear all, we're calling for help in funding our international project. The project creates an exchange between young people with African backgrounds from Germany and the UK and young people from Swaziland and Ghana. Through two visits – one in Swaziland in 2017 and one in Germany in 2018 – our whole group comes together for approx. three weeks to exchange about African identity and history and about opportunities and structures of political participation of young people. Through the project we are aiming to investigate the potentials of participation of young people for the reduction of inequalities that relate to the history of colonisation and the history of migration but also to the reduction of inequalities in the society at large, this includes areas such as education, health, political participation, institution building and community development. It therefore aims to empower young people to become active for Sustainable Development Goal 10 – the reduction of inequalities.
Our project is primarily funded by Engagement Global, but due to unforeseen charges we are going to need some financial support.
We are grateful and happy about ever donation we get.
Thank you very much.
