UAEM Europe held its annual Conference in Hamburg from the 26-28 April 2019. The event saw the participation of around 150 young people coming from different UAEM chapters across Europe, but also young students from Brazil, Canada and Nigeria.
The Conference was themed 'Public Research for Public Needs - The Role of Unviesities' and its programme was enriched by the participation of guest speakers and experts who brought in concrete ways on how university students can act on the access to medicines issue.
