The Deutsche Kinderhospiz Dienste coordinate the escape of families with seriously ill and severely disabled children and young people from the Ukraine. Without medical help and proper organization, an escape is potentially deadly.

About this project

We bring Children with serious Illnesses and disabilities from the Ukraine to Germany to save their lives. To do so we work together with the Bundesverband Kinderhospiz (Federal Association of Children's Hospices), Flying Hope and several hospitals and volunteers.
To this point we were able to help 23 Families. But we have a Network that holds contact to more than 300 Families with ill children - and there are new families daily. We do not have the resources to help all of them besides our "normal" hospice care work. So, we need dedicated personal. To help all these Families we need three coordinators to plan the escapes and find the right place for them.
