About us

The SV-Church in Schorndorf has been around for over 100 years. The services & prayer meetings have always played a central role for us – it is there that we go to recharge and draw new strength. We have a good child & youth ministry a well as programmes for people of all generations.The SV-Schorndorf believes in the value of each and every person, regardless of their performance, appearance, gender, nationality or whatsoever. We believe that it is elementary for every person to gain a profound understanding of their own dignity and uniqueness. We therefore invest in educating the heart in this manner, basing our teaching on our biblical understanding of faith, which we see as being holistic. The planned new construction bearing the name CONNECT represents the further development of our ministry. Our Church is a member of the Evangelical state Church (ev. Landeskirche)however it receives no funding from the latter.The Süddeutsche Gemeinschaftsverband e.V. is our umbrella organisation.
