Australian Disability is a charitable organisation dedicated to fairness, dignity and equality for people living with disabilities.
Our mission is to create a more authentic conversation about disability affairs by shining a light on people living with the daily effects, positive and negative, of disability, only then is then that a meaningful dialogue created.
The catalyst for change ignited and given a path to a more inclusive Australian society for people with disabilities, their carers, families and friends.
Discrimination is not the opposite of inclusive practice by society, hiding disability will not eliminate inequality. Doing so reinforces the idea that people with disabilities are not worthy of being equal citizens in an already inequitable society.
Our organisation exists to use New Media and Website Resources to correct discrimination through education and producing original content in a unique disability-driven voice.
