About us
Arillus is a non-profit organisation based in Göttingen, which has been inspiring children and young people for over 20 years with environmental education and social pedagogical offers to discover their own potential, to understand global connections and to explore their immediate environment.
The team of scientists, educators and students pursues a common goal: to develop and implement exciting educational projects that promote environmental awareness and social competence.
Arillus finances itself through educational projects carried out in schools and on school trips.
To counteract the pandemic, all extracurricular educational projects have now been cancelled for an unforseeable period of time.
Arillus wants to survive at all costs, but without help from you, we will not be able to cover the running costs and pay our four part-time employees.

Arillus in den Sommerferien - für einige Kinder wird es aller Voraussicht nach in der Stadt Göttingen und an der staatlichen Vogelschutzwarte Seebach ein Arillus-Ferienprogramm geben. Mit Nistkästenbau und einem bunten Programm rund um das Thema nachhaltig Sport erleben, Träume bis zu den Sternen spinnen und mit Neugier die städtische Natur entdecken können 6- bis 12-Jährige aus Göttingen drei Wochen ihrer Sommerferien verbringen. An dem Wasserschloss in Seebach werden Grundschüler in einer spannenden Mischung tief in die Vogelwelt eintauchen, selbst zu kleinen Vogelkindern werden, sich aber auch mit dem Wert unserer heimischen Vögel für uns Menschen auseinandersetzen.
Wir wünschen allen Kindern eine wunderbare Sommerferienzeit und freuen uns, dass ihr als Spender*innen uns dabei unterstützt habt die Umweltbildung-Konzepte dafür zu erstellen. Vielen Dank!
