About us
SARAM (kor. 사람) means “Human” –
We fight for human rights in North Korea.
One day the people of North Korea will be free again. We want this to happen sooner than later.
That's what our team is working towards, together with our partners in Europe and Asis, with various projects.
We focus on:
- Give North Koreans a voice in the world
- gather info from inside North Korea and inform the world
- Political work. States that engage in political, economical or cultural exchange with North Korea also have an ethical responsibility. We fight so that they act accordingly.
- Exemplary projects: Between 2016 and 2018 our team tracked down where in the EU North Korean workers had been employed to work in monetary favor of the North Korean state and managed to stop such procurement of money for the North Korean regime.
