Christmas Donation - Fullstack@SIT HN

Dear colleagues,

the year 2023 is coming to an end.

There were a lot of things happening in the world that affected our lives in 2023. Still we have the war in Europe ongoing, energy crisis in the beginning of the year, inflation and unfortunately new wars started in the world.

Luckily the pandemic situation is behind us so that we could meet each other, collaborate together in office, do co-working with the colleagues on other locations, etc.
We had exciting topics, start of NEO initiative, new learnings, some tough times here and there, lot of success stories, fun, new colleagues joining, successful migrations to STACKIT, another SITCON, knowledge sharings, team events, birth of Schwarz Digits with the big party in Tripsdrill just to name a few things.

Having this all in mind, we want to say a big THANK YOU to all of you!

Thank you all for your dedication, commitment and performance in 2023.
Together and individually we/you achieved a lot in 2023 and moved the SIT, our business and ourselves forward.

"Fullstack@SIT impact together" would be the motto for our last activity towards the end of the year. It was again a challenging year, but with our own happiness in mind, we would all like to remind ourselves that not everyone around us is as well off as we are. Therefore, we would like to encourage you to join us in supporting local initiatives in Heilbronn and India area with our Christmas donation.

We as leads will get involved ourselves and look forward to further support from you. Together we are strong and can make an impact.  Of course, the whole Christmas donation is voluntary.
