In order to optimize our services for donors and non-profit organizations, we and the third party providers we work with use cookies. These help us to better understand user behavior on our site and to quickly find and correct errors.

The security of your data and transparency in our handling of it is important to us. For this reason, all data is collected and analyzed only anonymously. This means that we do not analyze the behaviour of individual users, but the behaviour of all users together.

We have compiled a list of all cookies and providers that we use. You can find more information about the services and providers we use in our privacy policy.

Technically necessary cookies

We use cookies so that users can log in with their profiles and so that users can donate. You cannot refuse the cookies that are necessary for this.

Hotjar

We use cookies in connection with Hotjar in order to understand the behaviour of our users and thus improve our services. In particular, Hotjar helps us to understand where users click on our pages.

Sentry

We use cookies in connection with Sentry to determine when and where technical errors occur. This enables us to quickly detect and correct these errors.

Google Ads

We use cookies in connection with Google Ads to display suitable advertising for our platform on other websites based on the evaluation of user interaction (e.g. page views) with our website and the formation of user groups.

Posthog

We use cookies in connection with Posthog to understand users on our site and thus improve our offer. Posthog gives us an overview of what happens on our site: For example, how many people have visited certain pages, which page they went to next and which functions they use in each case, how many people have progressed how far in the donation process and how many have successfully completed it. If you are logged in, we can also evaluate pseudonymized usage histories in order to improve our offering.
