Our Precious Old Marka Is Ill

Marka has become sickly. She turned 19 in April and is holding up fairly well, although she’s been having dental problems on and off for years. 

Now she has gingivitis again, and is under antibiotic treatment. She has difficulties chewing, so the only thing she is able to eat is the pate’ form of soft canned cat food. 

She’s been receiving antibiotics for days, but she is still slobbering and seems to have a poorer appetite. 

With so many unexpected expenses related to the roof renovation we’ve had going this summer, providing the oldest and chronically ill kitties with the specialty food they need is becoming a problem. 

Please, help this precious old girl live out whatever time she has left adequately fed, comfortable, content and happy!
