SPSS Workshop in the dorm

Last weekend we took our students into the deep darkness of the statistics software "PASW/SPSS" as some of them major in fields related to economics. But even for Animal Science basic knowledge is useful.

Thus, equipped with three computers and a flat screen, we explored the Excel-like user interface, entered variables and data and executed simply frequency analyses. Our students were so excited about the different possibilities that they asked for another SPSS workshop in March. We will happily fulfill this desire.
