Quick update
What can I say?
Temperature in Ulm, Germany: 27°C
Temperature in Arusha, Tanzania: 20°C
More snow on top of Mt Kilimanjaro than in years. It figures - for years I read about the disappearing snow cap and that by 2020 the snow is expected to have vanished altogether.
Well, maybe not quite that early, it seems. Good thing I brought crampons - just in case...
