Life & Water Development Group - Cameroon

wird verwaltet von P. Njodzeka

Über uns

Life and Water Development Group Cameroon is working to change the lives of the children in Cameroon, by sponsoring the education of the underprivileged children, health, hygiene and sanitation education and constructing biosand filters to enable these children have access to clean water.

LWDGC successfully started this project in March 2009 by construction seven bio sand filters and a brand new six rooms latrine per school. Our target is to do this in 300 primary, nursery and secondary schools identified so far in every province of Cameroon. Before we identified, we had to go out and get our feasibility studies done to identify these schools and the number of waterborne deseases cases.

Every year in Cameroon, each school lose at least one pupil or student in each school in our local community because of waterborne desease. That is why LWDGC took this bold step counting on you donors to support us save the lives of these children.

The school that has the lowest population out of these schools where we are targeting is 100 and the rest are having very high number of children, which means if we don't react really fast to help, we will have many human lives lost in our presence.
