As a parent, I am going through an extremely difficult time. My child is battling a serious and rare condition known medically as Glass Disease (Osteogenesis Imperfecta), which causes the bones to break very easily.

My child is currently receiving treatment in the hospital. Unfortunately, because we do not have SGK (social security) coverage, we are experiencing great difficulty in covering hospital expenses, treatment costs, and some vital medications. The increasing medical expenses day by day have left me feeling helpless as a parent.

My only wish is for my child’s treatment to continue without interruption and for them to regain their health. During this process, emotional support, sharing, and prayers are just as valuable to us as financial assistance.
