Service to and support of others is an important part in the education of all students at ISD. In the senior school, service is imbedded throughout the curriculum in the service as action (SasA) and creativity, activity, service (CAS) programmes within the IB curriculum.

We have also implemented World Citizenship Projects which take students abroad to engage in meaningful service supporting needy and underprivileged communities. Students must go through an application process to be accepted to one of these projects and are expected to be engaged in raising awareness and funds for these projects throughout the year and beyond.
