We do not charge any start-up fees or monthly recurring costs - because we are also a non-profit organization. Only when you successfully collect donations do we finance the bank and transaction costs with 2.5% of the donations. These are therefore deducted.

Present your organization and your project on betterplace.org. Your project page is optimized for donors so that they can find everything they need to decide to donate - and donate with just a few clicks. For example, they can see how many have already donated and what your urgent needs are - that's motivating! Thanks to the news function, you can also stay in touch with your donors, report on successes, retain them - and maybe even make them recurring donors! With every donation via betterplace.org, you can continue to build your community.
Free donation form
Your supporters should also be able to donate on your website? That's no problem with betterplace - simply add our free donation form and get started!
Your organization will automatically receive a donation form after you have registered a project page on betterplace.org.
We offer further support and advice for your online fundraising on our betterplace academy learning platform. Register for free and learn more about online fundraising, communication and financing in our live webinars and online courses - so that you can use betterplace even more successfully.
betterplace.org operates numerous partner platforms in cooperation with companies such as PayPal, Sparkassen and project bcause. Donors can then also find your project on these platforms. This gives you even more reach and allows you to benefit from various campaign formats, such as 20% more donations on World Savings Day. We'll let you know when special campaigns are coming up!
We take care of the bureaucracy: All donors who donate to your organization via betterplace.org will automatically receive a donation receipt from us by email.
Fundraising event
With a fundraising event, your supporters can use their reach to collect donations for your project - whether they are private individuals, companies or content creators. On betterplace.org, fundraising events are simple, secure and transparent - whether they are private occasions or larger events such as charity streams or corporate fundraising events. It's worth calling on your supporters to take part in fundraising events or approaching companies or streamers!
Matching event
A doubling campaign turns every large donation into more: strong partners such as companies and major donors activate donors by announcing, for example, that they will add another euro to every euro donated - and thus double the donations! This mobilizes donors and word gets around quickly.
In this way, a large donation of 5.000 € can result in twice as many donations!
