Direkt am Max-Eyth-See werden aus heimischen Natursteinen (u.a. Travertin, Sandstein, Muschelkalk) Sitzgelegenheiten in Form eines kleinen Amphietheaters gebaut. Gleichzeitig wird eine oberirdische Wasserzufuhr gestaltet, bei der aus einem Quellstein Wasser austritt und in Form eines Deltas in den See fliesst. Für Schüler und Jugendlichen wird das Naturstein-Amphietheater zum „Klassenzimmer am See“.

Zeitgleich mit der Umsetzung der Baumassnahmen wird ein Unterrichtsmodul für Schulen entworfen, sodass Schüler die Themen „Natur, Wasser und ökologische Kreisläufe“ naturnah mit allen Sinnen direkt am Max-Eyth-See erlernen zu können.

WAS NOCH GETAN WERDEN MUSS
Mit dem ÖKOLOGISCHEN KLASSENZIMMER AM SEE zeigen wir jungen Menschen, wie wichtig ein Engagement für Natur und Umwelt ist. Nun gilt es, Unterrichtsmodule zum Thema LEBENSKREISLAUF WASSER und Handreichungen für Lehrer und Schüler vorzubereiten. Eine Förderung wird unmittelbar in die Umsetzung folgender Bedarfe fliessen:
