School of Love-Awareness: Peace Education

The Citi-Zen project is about transforming the causes of conflict, stress and crisis through education and methodological practices which empower individuals, groups and communities. The project is based on 25 years of research and development concerning this causality and has lead to an effective system which can help all.

The project began through experiencing a deep awareness of suffering in terms of stress and conflict, etc. This lead to a 25 year journey of exploration, teaching, etc through which the Citi-Zen-Foundation came into being.
The project is aimed at benefiting as many people as possible, primarily those on the front lines of humanitarian support in whatever field, health care staff, teachers, students, children, those living in crisis fields, etc. People will benefit by understanding and gaining the tools to transform the causes of their conflict and stress conclusively.
The biggest challenges to sustainable peace are an understanding of what real peace is, what has caused chaos, and having access to the tools through which to make a transformation at the causal level. This is the heart of the issue. Just as the entire world we live in is a creation of our own minds, it is only when we change the quality and patterns of our minds that we will change the outer world. Specific education is the key. To bring this quality of education to as many people as possible we need financial resources.
