2. Processing and Use of Personal Data

Any processing or use of your personalized data will only be made within the legal framework in particular for the purposes disclosed in each case such as in connection with the processing of donations for projects and only to the extent required for such purpose. If you make donations via the website betterplace.org, we will use the address data you used in the process only for processing of the donation and for generating a donation receipt in the form required by law. The information is only passed on to third parties to the extent that this is required for processing the donation.

betterplace will implement technical and organizational security measures in order to protect the personal data administered by us against inadvertent or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction and against unauthorized access. Our safety measures will be improved continuously in accordance with technological progress.
