    To be able to host and support more groups, also become a beacon of alternative culture in Heliopolis (where there isn't much co-working space or cultural centers).

    M. Elkhateeb donated 2 months ago »Rasheed22 is a lovely co-working space. Unfortunately, it's the only place in Heliopolis and really needs a lot of help. Please contribute in making it a co-working space and centre in the hear of Heliopolis, Cairo.

    Aus welchem Anlass warst Du vor Ort und wann?

    Während einer Reise durch Ägypten habe ich das Projekt in Kairo besucht und mich mit Ulrike, der Projektmacherin getroffen.

    Dein positiver Bericht aus Cairo:

    Ich finde den Ansatz, für Sozialunternehmer einen gemeinsamen Ort zu schaffen, von dem aus sie arbeiten und sich gegenseitig unterstützen können, wichtig. Gerade in der aktuellen poltischen Umbruchsituation. Zudem fand ich Ulrike in ihrem Engagement überzeugend.

    »Hallo Joana, danke! Wir haben betterplace lange nicht mehr genutzt, aber jetzt dann hoffentlich bald umso mehr: unser 'painting in the park' hat sich zu mini-cairo entwickelt ;-) Schau' mal hier htpp://www.facebook.com/minicairo Ein video ist in Vorbereitung, Fotos kommen auch bald, und wir stellen es dann hier ein. Wir arbeiten eng mit ksr e.V. in Muenchen zusammen, den Veranstaltern von mini-muenchen, unter anderem.
