I want to study medicine in South Africa but my parents can not afford my tuition fee.

It is my dream to became a doctor. I want to help people who are ill and I also want to help my family. I have a little daughter of 2 months and I want her to have a good future. I want to help my parents because they are unemployed and we have big family with three sisters and three brothers.
