The "Orchestre Symphonique Kimbanguiste" was founded 15 years ago but still most of its musicians do not own their own instruments. They use the instruments provided by the orchestra, which are often in bad shape. Sometimes they even have to take turns in practicing, because there are just not enough instruments for each musician.
To keep the orchestra going and also ensure, that future generations will be able to be a part of "OSK", we want to support Armand Diangienda, the conductor and founder, in the education of his musicians and the building of a musical school in Kinshasa.
