Due to the neglect of those living with HIV/AIDS poor management of waste relating to them, I deem it fit to install incinerators in some designated hospitals for the management of medical waste resulting from health care services on prevention and care for those living with the HIV/AIDS.These Incinerators are designed for hospitals that have not more than 300-400 beds

Incinerator Type: De Montfort Mark 8a Incinerator, capacity: 12kg/h, life-span: (average) 3-5 years.
Size:
Furnace: 110cmx70cmx100cm, Big Thickness Chimney: 53cmx70cmx200cm, Small thickness Chimney: 31cmx48.5cm x200cm. Surface To Be Occupied: 09m2. Roof covering the surface occupied by the incinerator and an arrangement made for security material and non-access to external people.

2) Construction Of Septic Tanks:

Capacity: 5,000 liters capacity watertight and leak-proof septic tanks. The basement and sides are to be sealed with 10cm and 5cm concrete respectively, accompanied by lining materials to prevent leaching and pollution of ground water and soil and vegetation nearby.
Roof covering the surface of the Tank should be of concrete with 5cm thick. The Tank should be appropriately linked with the liquid waste stream of the designated health facility.
