Es handelt sich um ein Aquaponic-System was soviel bedeutet, wie Fischzucht mit intregiertem Gemueseanbau. Und Pump-und Filtersysteme verwendet.

Die Turmbeete ermoeglichen einen vertikalen Anbau, um so auf kleinem Raum den groesstmoglichsten Gewinn zu erwirtschaften. Als Baumaterial wird Bambus verwendet. In erster Linie werden so Kartoffeln angepflanzt.
