Good Gifted Garden

Mit einer Freundin zusammen habe ich im Oktober 2008 Chun (die Gründerin und Therapeutin des Zentrums) und Birgit (eine treue Unterstützerin des Projektes) in Peking getroffen und es war wirklich sehr beeindruckend, die Energie zu spüren, mit der Good Gifted Garden betrieben wird.

Mit großer Leidenschaft widmet sich Chun der Therapie mit den Kindern und scheut keine Mühe, den kleinen Patienten und auch ihren Eltern zu helfen. Mit leuchtenden Augen hat sie uns von "ihren" Kindern und deren Fortschritten berichtet, an die vor Therapiestart niemand geglaubt hat.

Wir können wohl Chun nicht helfen, einen Tag 48 Stunden dauern zu lassen, damit sie allen Hilfesuchenden helfen kann, aber mit einer Spende kann sie auch schon viele Pläne verwirklichen. In diesem Sinne hoffe ich auf Ihre Unterstützung, das Projekt hat es wirklich verdient! Christiane

The Good Gifted Garden (Tian Fu Yuan) charity is run by a qualified, experienced and caring lady called Chun Hong Wang. With little support, she provides dance and art therapy to autistic and mentally disabled children and adults. In Beijing alone there are 80,000 autistic people. However support services for autistic and mental disabled people in China have still a long way to go. Chun Hong is providing this desperately needed support with little financial support, a maid and a few volunteers. Her activities are interactive and the students are happy and engaged. I maintain regular contact with the charity, and have seen the results-better social skills and less fear of communicating with others (such as touching and looking). Some students have even been able to continue at school and have a positive view for the future.
