One part of our project "acting with you" is a theater workshop for kids and teenagers.

The idea was born 2007 and should now finally come true. The co-founder and head of the organization i-magine e.V., Waridi Schrobsdorff, wants to draw attention to HIV in a creative way. Born in Kenya and now living in Berlin she wants to use the African approach to HIV in Germany. Acting is just one possibility.

In this workshop kids learn how to present themselves in a strong and confident way, but also how to leave room for feelings like weakness and being powerless. Some of the kids come from families that are somhow affected by HIV - but the workshop is open for all kids and teenagers!

rent for the theater

The workshop will take place in the rooms of Theater Galli, because there we can have access to stage, stage props, costumes etc. The theater is situated in a very lively area in central Berlin (Heckmann Höfe). Rent for one day is 250 EUR.
