    Hi,
I live in Hamburg, Germany but unfortunately I can't speak German yet! For four years I was forced by my boss to take nude pictures. When I tried to refuse he told me that I would lose my job and that I was company property and he could do whatever he wanted with me. After having taken my picture he told me he would pay me. He never did. After a while some customers told me that the pictures he had taken had been used for publicity for the company. I did not give my consent nor did I sign any release. The photos are still online since the day they were published in December 2004. I personally checked them myself. Not only did I have to live with the embarrassment of actually taking the photos, now I have to live with the public humiliation of the photos being online. I asked various lawyers if I could take any kind of legal action against my boss but none of them wanted to hear the word mobbing. Besides the situation mentioned above, my boss makes me and the other employees do work that is not within our competence and he pays us miserably. We only have four hour pauses between one shift and another which is against German law. I have been fired for having asked for a raise more than once and my colleagues deal with everything for fear of losing their jobs. Is it possible to report him or ask for damages?

    Thank you,
    Emanuele from Hamburg
